SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to return your purchase, we're here to help. We offer returns within 10 days from the delivery date of receiving the item (NOTE: all consignment items are final sale). NOTE: there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.
ONLINE RETURNS: You can return your online purchase for online credit only less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded, and you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Contact us FIRST for approval of the return before mailing the item back to us.
IN-STORE RETURNS: You can return your in-store purchase for in-store credit or exchange only. Contact us FIRST for approval of the return before returning the item back to us. Any shipping charges are not refunded, and you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Discounted, sale, final sale items, and all consignment items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes consumable products.

Items must have all original tags attached to the item and be returned in the original product packaging.

Items must have no visible signs of wear or use (no odors, stains, deodorant, makeup, pet fur, or damage/flaws to the item).

Include your reason for return with the receipt/order number inside your package.

All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply the order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
