Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, package, and shipping method selected. International orders may have different shipping charges.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. Expedited shipping, when available, may have different delivery estimates.

International Shipping

We accept orders for eligible international destinations. Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed to you after your order ships.

Return Policy

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Please email chicuniqueboutique@yahoo.com to request a return authorization before sending an item back. We will provide instructions for completing your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing a return shipping label, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by Chic & Unique Boutique.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color may be available, subject to inventory availability. Please contact us before returning an item to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale items, clearance items, consumables, beauty products, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.
